Second Leg Win Confirms Progression

Arsenal controlled the second leg following their strong first-leg showing. Bukayo Saka scored in the 65th minute with a chip shot. Real Madrid equalized two minutes later when Vinicius Junior scored after a William Saliba error. Despite Saka missing an earlier penalty and Real Madrid having a penalty claim denied by VAR, Arsenal secured the win.

Substitute Gabriel Martinelli scored Arsenal’s second goal in stoppage time during a counterattack. This goal confirmed the 2-1 win and the 5-1 aggregate victory, ensuring Arsenal reach Champions League semi-final. They will now play Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Champions League semi-final.
