An Ekiti school fire destroyed five classroom blocks. The government visited the site and pledged quick reconstruction for affected pupils and teachers.

Deputy Governor Monisade Afuye visited the site Monday for Governor Biodun Oyebanji. Afuye promised the community quick reconstruction. “We will rebuild the razed structure soon,” Afuye stated. “Pupils and teachers can return after the school fire incident.” She also praised the fast relocation of students.
